Between 10 and 25 days, from approving the inspection to delivery in Portugal. The exact timeline depends on the seller's country, the seller's availability and how quickly the Portuguese inspection can be scheduled.

The Vetzzo service fee is only due once the car is ready to be delivered — never before. The one exception is the inspection: you pay the Scout directly, at the price they set, when you book. Third-party costs (ISV tax, transport, Portuguese inspection, DAV, IMT, plates) are always paid by you directly to those entities — Vetzzo never advances that money.

You simply don't proceed — at no cost from Vetzzo. The service fee is only due on delivery, so if the purchase doesn't go ahead, it never reaches that point. The only thing you lose is what you already paid the Scout for the inspection, since that service was already performed.

ISV (Imposto Sobre Veículos) is the Portuguese tax charged when legalizing an imported car, calculated from engine size, CO2 emissions and the vehicle's age — with a significant discount for EVs. Use our calculator for an exact estimate. You pay it directly to the Portuguese tax authority; Vetzzo coordinates the process but never advances the amount.

Yes. Under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014), you have 14 days to freely withdraw from each contract — the inspection booking and the import contract — with no reason required and no cost, as long as the service hasn't already been fully performed.
